I Love Gray, it is my Favorite Color.

What could be more simple than to discuss my love for Gray!?  Gray is my most favorite color, it has been for the past 6 years.

When my hair started turning gray, I began to like wearing gray clothing, everything looked so nice with my hair color.  I have, and love everything I’ve ever brought that is gray, and I will buy doubles even , gray khaki’s, grey t-shirts, sweaters, light gray, darker gray,  and gray stripes, even undies and bras.  Now, I don’t just wear gray totally though, I mix it with pink and black mostly, for some reason it is my go-to color, and I always feel good wearing gray.

I have beautiful gray boots, a few pair actually, suede, and leather, love them.  Gray suede loafer flats, and grey pumps, beautiful.  Gray is the perfect neutral, it looks good with beige, tan, and black, as well as white, cream and pink, light yellow and mint green.  It looks good with everything really.  Need I say I also have a few gray pocketbooks, one that is beige, gray and tan, looks great, just love it.

My hair is blonder now, but I still wear my gray, actually I am thinking about returning to my gray roots, and adding white/silver highlights to my longer pixie cut, probably later in season, July/August.  Can’t wait to do so.

Gray is not boring, it just goes well with everything, and is a much better staple than black, because black is difficult to wear in the summer, whereas gray comes in lighter colors, as well as darker tones for fall/winter, can’t go wrong.  I love Gray…..”Gray hair and clothing too”, I have a Pinterest board called exactly that.

About rsrwrn2014

Married, RN x 30+ years, fashion in a bathrobe lifestyle resulted from my lifestyle outside of work. Although I love fashion, beauty, and all things style related, the major portion of my days don't allow for fashion/style. I wear nursing uniforms, and sneakers mostly. I love make-up, clothes, hairstyles/color so much......I'm a frustrated fashionista. I blog to talk about my thoughts on being fashionable, and I find pleasure in all things that are designed to make us feel more beautiful.
